Whether they knew her, knew of her, or just wanted to hear from her, attendees of Toni Ko’s Moonshot speaker series were already in love with her latest endeavor: PERVERSE sunglasses.
150 attendees of the event, produced by Inc. magazine and TeamOne (a division of Saatchi & Saatchi) were seen trying on sunglasses, snapping selfies, and styling their social feeds with the very pairs seen on celebrity fans like Beyonce, Jessica Alba, Cara Delevingne, and even Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner at Coachella 2016.
Toni Ko, Founder of NYX cosmetics and PERVERSE sunglasses, was invited to the Playa Vista campus (a.k.a. Silicon Beach) to share her “secret sauce” for building and selling a successful beauty brand. Once she took the floor, Toni admitted it’s not really about having the Midas touch, but actually about capitalizing on luck. (And a little tough love from your parents.)
