Your Mission as a PERVERSE Store Manager
  • Grow our business and continuously make a positive impact in every area from our customers, to our staff to our company culture and our identity.
  • Develop our next generation managers to become exceptional leaders.
  • Passionately lead and motivate our store team to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service, product knowledge and sell through.
  • Develop strategy and action plans to drive business growth.
Position Accountabilities
  • Develop business strategies to increase customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing consistent feedback to your team.
  • Meet and exceed company goals by managing P&L, including payroll, weekly, quarterly and yearly sales contributions.
  • Plan and execute all merchandising direction, campaigns and sales promotions.
  • Communicate with corporate to report strengths, opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure pricing, signage and displays are correct at all times.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by reinforcing a welcoming and friendly store environment through daily/weekly training and feedback.
  • Lead, educate and set the standard for maintaining an outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist sales associates with various customer service issues.
  • Effectively utilize POS system and its inventory management functions.
  • Create staff work schedules and ensure appropriate store coverage.
  • Meet physical inventory requirements.
  • Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
  • Lead and train store employees on store operating principles.
  • Assist with recruitment to ensure open positions are filled with quality hires.
  • Manage and assesses staff performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct quarterly personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs, development opportunities and career paths.
  • Educate and enforce all company policies and procedures including safety and security.
Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail store management
  • Excellent leadership skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to report and present at a high level
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects
  • Work well under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and planning skills

Your Mission as a PERVERSE Satisfaction Agent (PSA)
  • Provide customers with world class service by sharing your vast insight about our brand, product knowledge and styling tips.
  • Ensure that our customers are having a fun and exciting experience trying on different sunglasses.
  • Ensure customers questions are answered and styling needs are met. Customers must leave our store more knowledgeable about our sunglasses and more inspired to be as expressive and bold as
  • their heart desires.
  • Make it your goal to educate our customers on how they are taking part in our 1:1:1 socially conscious initiative and making this world a better place one PERVERSE sunglass at a time.
  • Make it your goal to have our customers leaving our stores very satisfied and excited about their purchases.
PSA Floor Duties
  • Create a fun, exciting and welcoming environment for our visitors by greeting and assisting.
  • Ensure that all customer questions are answered in a timely manner and that customers are able to pull out and try on any sunglass in our displays.
  • Present to customers our concept of why we are “anti-face shape” as we encourage stylistic freedom to pick sunnies based on your mood and your groove.
  • Provide genuine and authentic feedback ALWAYS so that our customers are happy and excited to keep coming back!
  • Manage store operations to include compliance on register and cash handling.
  • PSA Accountabilities
      • Accountable for keeping our stores neat and clean at all times, including windows, floors, and displays.
      • Assist in preparing the stores for the day including: replenishing styles and other accessories.
      • Process all stock received including unpacking boxes, and placement on displays.
      • Manage overflow of stock in back room and store areas.
      • Knowledgeable in all shade styles we offer in-store and online.
      • Keep informed on all sales, promotions and events.
      • Manage the register to follow the guidelines and cash handling.
      • Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and security.
      • Functions as a Key Holder by managing store opening and closing.
      • Perform all duties as directed by manager and any miscellaneous tasks on

    • Strong personal sense of style
    • Upbeat, optimistic, friendly, sincere and genuine
    • Retail and customer service experience is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Responsible, dependable and flexible in order to cover unexpected work shifts
    • High School education is required
